A series of inspirational and affordable workshops to help beginners to go deeper into the practice of yoga and meditation. Pleasant, with much information.

Analyse the system of Yoga 2 hours Front bends 2 hours developing abs 2 hours Rear bends 2 hours ( the hours will be determined after consultation with the teacher )

The workshop will cover: breathing techniques: to achieve control and relaxation Meditation: to achieve concentration and relaxation Proper spinal alignment: to explore the back, shoulders and neck Stretching: to improve the elasticity of hard muscles and joints participation fee: 70 € FOR ALL LEVELS - PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE ISN'T NECESSARY
